Yes, and the web client already tells you whats wrong.

Another programm is using that port. So you need to either close that programm or switch the 8080 to something else.

ok so im going to change every port 8080 to another port?

 

im having the same error after changing everything to another port

in addition i run cmd then type netstat -na | find "8080" and no results found which means port 8080 is available

I'm a little worried about the conf files, they look weird. Maybe it reads the data incorrectly somehow. Could you try to replace the web.conf and try again?

Quick warning though, Melia is actually not compatible to the latest client right now, so you might not be able to log in either way, even if you get it to work =|
