raretblue2
Just thought i'd ask everyones thoughts on the matter...anyone think it's possible to extract models of your character from mabinogi and put them in blender or 3ds max? Pikachu
Yes it's possible to extract the pmg models and put them into blender; it's been done before. Probably not of your specific character.
exec
As Pika said, you probably wouldn't extract/convert your character, but the general models and everything, and then recreate your character, comparable to the character simulator. Tachi has some Blender addons on his GitHub, but I don't know how functional they are. https://github.com/Tachiorz/mabinogi_blender_addons
raretblue2
have you ever used mabimods before? i actually think i might have come close to getting models in blender using the pmg viewer and exporting it as a 3ds max file...though it only worked as far as customizing pre-made animations. For instance i had the transformation animation modified to look like i was on all fours like when naruto goes ninetails cloak form. Of course it only lasted for as long as the animation itself did and i had no way of extending the length...of course back then i was even less experienced with 3d models than i am now, so i might give it a try again.
