  1. Maybe we can add a few lines of code that makes the item check the character level through MySQL to figure out if it's allowed. I know that sounds more simple then what it is lol.
  2. I doubt it's a skill problem. Seems like items don't recognize the level of the equipped character properly.
  3. If it's anything like what I get, I'm level 300 base and I can't equip Arde Dagger or anything of the sort, says I'm not high enough level, but I can equip level 1 gear.
  4. Open Melia.sln in visual studios, once the solution is fully opened click the "build" button at the top, then hit clean solution, then build
  5. Now that I'm home, I was able to look deeper into it, apparently Xampp decided to listemn to port 80 again on its own. Fixed thanks.
  6. Yes, I even deleted both user.xml and user_c.xml, I've even uninstalled ToS and reinstalled, still the same problem.

Okay, so here's the story, I followed the guide to connecting to Melia and it worked, it was in English, then I wanted to play on the official server so I changed my info back to normal, then retried to change the info of the client back to connect to Melia and now I can't get it out of Korean, I can connect to Melia but I can't read anything, thank you in advance

  9. How exactly does this work? Because I had to manually execute 1 of the SQL files I order for it to stick, it didn't auto update

  12. TortoiseSVN is what I use, it will put a green check mark on the folder if it's updated, if it's not updated you use tortoiseSVN to update it
