Yes, the servers are working well. It looks a client issue.
About the Properties, do you mean about the parameter "-SERVICE"? If so, I did.

Removed link to copyrighted client files.
I ran the Client in Administrator Mode, but still with the issue.
Slyztercore, I have a old version of the Client. If you want to test it: (removed)
